At ICON Beauty Store, we provide professional grade beauty products intended for salon use. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain a strict return policy.

Return Eligibility

Returns are only accepted in the following cases:
• The item is defective
• The item is damaged upon delivery
• You received the wrong item

We do not accept returns for any other reasons.

Return Window

Return requests must be submitted within 5 days of delivery.

Condition of Items

To be eligible for a return:
• Item must be unused
• Item must be unopened and in original sealed packaging
• Item must be in original condition

Opened or used products are strictly non refundable for hygiene and safety reasons.

Non Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns for:

• Wrong item ordered

• Opened or used products
• Sale or discounted items
• Minor differences in color or expectations

Return Authorization

All returns must be approved in advance.

Refund Processing
